i think that it is not as correct as you think, there are a lot of people, who type in the browser exactly russian letter Ы as "I" - and they even don't know another way to "translit"

I have an experience in trading (i was a seller) domains with this letter I as "Ы"
.... чувствую появляется мотивация зарегистрировать "domeni .tv .in .mobi .ws" и потом бравировать тем, что у меня есть такие доменИ.
